Total Customer Satisfaction is what we strive for, and we put your needs first. Our quick service of a turn-around time of less than 4 to 7 working days from the receipt of your instruments with approval to perform the calibration job and repair job is subject to the availability of spare parts.

At Emetrology, repairs are billed based on manpower and materials cost and no minimum charge is imposed. Calibration / repair work will only be performed after we have received your confirmation of quotation.

Calibration

Emetrology provides calibration and certification services in accordance specification covered under ISO/IEC 61672-1, ISO/IEC 61672-2. Besides calibrations for noise, we also do calibrations for vibration meters and gas monitors.

Monitoring Services

We provide monitoring services on noise and vibration.

We also provide Environment Noise Assessment services :

1. Boundary Noise Monitoring 
    ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION CONTROL (BOUNDARY NOISE LIMITS FOR                     FACTORY PREMISES) REGULATIONS.

2. Noise Mapping
    (FACTORIES (NOISE) REGULATIONS, 1996)

Some short-term local and overseas noise monitoring projects that we have assisted in are :

3. Maersk Contractors Service A/S, Brunei Branch

Our staff are qualified Ministry of Manpower (MOM) approved Noise Monitoring Officer and could act as competent persons under the Factories (Noise) Regulations, 1996.
